The quieter property months of December and January are a good time to build up infrastructure and for training.
In a recent article in "Property Professional" Michelle Swart writes that the real estate agencies and agents that will survive the tougher climate of increased interest rates, are those who offer better expertise, negotiating skills and ability to put together a deal in which both buyer and seller have confidence in the competence of the agent concerned..
"as the property market tightens and becomes more competitive, there is now a great need for increased professionalism which will make or break the success of agencies in this kind of market." - Property Professional http://www.propertyprofessional.co.za

We are always available on call on 083-7033329 to help with these, but in December and January we will be running Contract Seminars to help train agents in drafting their own clauses.
