Mc Naught and Company have been holding a series of Seminars in anticipation of the promulgation of the Consumer Protection Act which is due to commence on the 1st April 2011.
Here Agents and Auctioneers are being briefed on the steps to be taken to ensure compliance with the Act in the provision of services to sellers and buyers of property.
