September 2006 Newsletter

Never before has Mc Naught and Company had such a large Staff complement. We welcome Priya Odayar, Mark Leathers, Lynett Breen, Daphne Godbeer and Tansy Whitfield to the Staff. Questioned on the upsizing of the firm in the current relatively quieter property market, Dave Mc Naught re-affirmed his confidence in property in South Africa and the need to position his firm to offer a better service to sellers and buyers of property.
“We want more hands on each property registration so that all potential delays are reduced to a minimum.

QUICKER DEALS
Having more qualified staff on hand is our assurance to the public that no stone is left unturned in improving turn-around time —time is money!!,” says Dave, “and we are anxious to ensure each transfer or mortgage bond registration is handled in the quickest possible time.”
